The General Assembly of 28th June 2012 in Paris and 07th June 2013 at Santiago de Compostela have decided to establish a rotating Presidency – annually, in a democratic and participatory approach:
Article 21 of the rules of procedure approved by the General Assembly of 28 June 2012 States: each Membership shall designate a permanent team of technicians.
The Technical Committee supports management and animation of the European Federation.
