The General Assembly of 28th June 2012 in Paris and 07th June 2013 at Santiago de Compostela have decided to establish a rotating Presidency – annually, in a democratic and participatory approach:

- 2018/2019: Jean-Benoit GIRODET – Le Puy-en-Velay – FRANCE
- 2019/2020: Rytis Mykolas RACKAUSKAS – LITHUANIA
- 2020/2022 Piotr CALBECKI – Kujawsko-Pomorskie – POLAND
Technical Committee
Article 21 of the rules of procedure approved by the General Assembly of 28 June 2012 States: each Membership shall designate a permanent team of technicians.
The Technical Committee supports management and animation of the European Federation.

Statuts
The Federation was established on April 1, 2011 in Puy-en-Velay – France, within the framework of the Interreg Sudoe Loci Iacobi project.
